This workshop brings together a team of presenters that will be complementary on the topic of contemporary treatment approaches to trauma and addiction. The focus will be on fine-tuning tools clinicians use with clients related to Attachment and Complex Trauma.

Learning Objectives: 

1. Participants will be able to summarize research data related to the treatment of trauma, attachment trauma, eating disorders, and sexual compulsivity.

2. Participants will be able to illustrate treatment component of complex PTSD and sexual abuse.

3. Participants will be able to provide 5 steps for implementing Internal Family Systems Therapy.

4. Participants will gain knowledge of interventions that can be utilized in the treatment of attachment disorders.

5. Participants will be able to illustrate expressive therapy interventions for trauma or complex PTSD.
